Festival Payment and Cancelation Policy:
Payment:
Your card is charged in full at the time of reservation to hold your camping package. We do offer refunds if you need to cancel. Please see Cancelation Policy below concerning refunds.
Cancelations:
We know things happen and sometimes you’ll need to cancel your reservation. Don’t fret. You can receive a refund (minus a 15% reservation fee) up to 1 month before the event. After that we are unable to honor refunds as we are already prepped for the event.
